💼 Role Overview
As Shop Manager, you’ll be the heart of our shop’s operations — creating a welcoming space for customers, motivating a dedicated volunteer team, and ensuring our shop thrives both financially and socially. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves variety, community engagement, and retail with purpose.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily running of the shop to the highest standards
- Lead, support, and inspire volunteers
- Maximise sales through excellent customer service and strong merchandising
- Oversee stock management, pricing, and rotation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and financial procedures
- Promote the charity’s mission within the local community
🔍 About You
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience (management or supervisory experience a bonus!)
- Friendly, energetic, and able to build strong relationships
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working on your own initiative
- Passionate about sustainability and supporting a great cause
- Strong communication and leadership skills
📍 Location: Dundrum, Dublin 14
📅 Hours: Full-time (weekend availability required)
Salary: €26,000-€30,000
