Reporting to: Senior Residential Services Manager (East)
NOVAS supports people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The organisation are currently recruiting a Service Manager to lead their Rathgar service, providing accommodation and wraparound support to vulnerable adults in line with trauma-informed and person-centred care principles.
You will play a key leadership role, managing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with national quality standards, supporting client progress towards independent living, and building effective relationships with funders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the service, supporting both clients and staff.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care and support planning.
- Manage and support team performance, supervision, and professional development.
- Oversee rostering, health and safety, incident reporting, and service compliance.
- Maintain effective relationships with local authorities and funders.
- Ensure service-level KPIs, budgeting, and administrative processes are met.
What You’ll Need:
- Level 7 Degree in Social Care or allied health profession (CORU registration accepted).
- Minimum 1 year experience in homeless or social care services.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Understanding of care planning, risk assessment, and key working.
- Ability to lead a team in a respectful, inclusive, and client-centred environment.
