Individual Giving Coordinator
Permanent Contract - 35 Hours / Week (M-F)
Dublin - Hybrid (but supporting campaigns in both ROI and NI so some travel required)
€41,553.00 per Annum
Key Areas of Responsibility:
To manage and grow Depaul’s Individual Giving programme across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, leading the development, delivery, and evaluation of integrated fundraising campaigns that acquire, retain, and engage individual donors. The role is pivotal in driving income growth, deepening donor relationships, and ensuring campaigns reflect Depaul’s values and mission.
Strategic and Campaign Development
- Design and implement an annual multi-channel Individual Giving strategy focused on donor acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Develop creative briefs and oversee the production of direct marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, TV, and face-to-face channels.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Data and Reporting
- Oversee accurate donor data management within the CRM system, including segmentation, campaign setup, and performance tracking.
- Produce regular income and campaign performance reports, providing actionable insight and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and Depaul’s data protection policies.
Financial and Administrative Oversight
- Monitor campaign expenditure and income targets; ensure accurate reconciliation of donor payments.
- Support the financial forecasting and budget planning process for individual giving income streams.
Team and Collaboration
- Supervise day-to-day work of assigned staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support in line with Depaul’s leadership values.
- Work collaboratively across fundraising, communications, and service delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging and supporter engagement.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Individual Giving function.
Ad Hoc and Organisational Support
- Prepare reports and briefings for senior management as required.
- Contribute to cross-departmental projects and represent the Individual Giving stream where appropriate.
Person Requirements:
Essential
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years’ experience in fundraising within the charity sector, with a focus on Individual Giving or Direct Marketing.
- Proven record of successfully developing and managing integrated acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Strong understanding of donor data analytics, segmentation, and CRM systems.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience supervising or managing staff, including performance management and development.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM tool
- Experience managing digital marketing or email fundraising campaigns.
- Familiarity with fundraising and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).

Annual Leave Up to 3 years' service: 25 days per year
3 years' up to 5 years' service: 27 days per year
Over 5 years' service: 30 working days per year (Exclusive of bank and statutory holidays)
10 public holidays each year with Good Friday as discretionary day.
Day off and day pay for Christmas Day, St.Stephen's Day, and New Year's Day worked for shift workers.
Non-Shift Workers: Paid day off on public holidays.
Shift Workers: Expected to work on public holidays; receive an additional day of annual leave in lieu.
Non-Rostered Employees: May be entitled to one-fifth of the normal weekly rate of remuneration for the public holiday.
