Day-to-day operation of the Charity shop

Strive to reach the charity shop income targets.
Ensure that high standards of layout and display are kept at all times.
Ensure that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene in the charity shop.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Be responsible for all aspects of security for the charity shop and premises.
Lead the team by example.
Be responsible for all cash on the premises.
Be responsible for the pricing of sale items.
Ensure that the cash procedures on the till are followed by all members of staff.
Ensure that the cash accounting and banking procedures are followed.
Keep all financial records as required.
Fulfil any financial reporting to the Shop Development Manager, as required.
Account for and acknowledge all public donations.
Ensure that all expenditure is within budget and accounted for.
Maintain all administration systems.
Charity Shop Supervisor will carry out additional duties as required by the Charity Shop Supervisor
Charity Shop Supervisor will cover Annual Leave and scheduled days off as required.
Charity Shop Supervisor will undertake training as required.
