
Job Title: Individual Giving Manager
Reporting to: Head of Fundraising and Communications
Location: Dublin 7
Job Type: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Annual Salary: €50,000 to €60,000
Threshold is Ireland’s national housing charity, working to prevent homelessness and campaign for housing as a basic right. We provide advice, advocacy, and practical support to renters and people at risk of losing their homes, while also working to create long-term change in housing policy. Their work is only possible thanks to the generosity of our supporters. Individual giving is a critical part of sustaining Threshold’s services and advocacy, and they are seeking an experienced fundraiser to join the team as Fundraising Manager, Individual Giving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage integrated retention, development and acquisition direct mail campaigns, meeting ambitious performance targets and deadlines.
- Project manage direct mail from case study sourcing and data selection through to copy development, proofing, print, and post-campaign analysis.
- Oversee relationships with external suppliers including creative agencies, printers, and telemarketing providers.
- Develop donor communications to improve supporter journeys including retention, reactivation, and upgrading.
- Use Salesforce CRM to maximise income from existing supporters and support future campaign planning.
- Analyse campaign performance, interpret trends, and recommend improvements to strengthen the Individual Giving programme.
- Identify and deliver opportunities for new donor acquisition campaigns including DRTV, door drops, face to face and digital channels.
- Support SLT with strategic planning and Individual Giving budgeting.
- Collaborate with Finance on monthly fundraising reconciliations.
- Work with Services and Advocacy teams to source case studies and ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum two years’ experience managing Individual Giving campaigns.
- Proven track record of delivering on ambitious income targets and KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling supporter communications.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with experience using fundraising databases (Salesforce desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small, dedicated team.
- A passion for ensuring donors feel valued, engaged, and integral to the organisation’s mission.
Desirable:
- Experience in legacy, major giving, and corporate fundraising.
- Experience delivering digital fundraising campaigns.
Post Conditions:
- Full-time permanent position, subject to a 6-month probationary period.
- Flexible working arrangements, with some remote work permitted.
