Ruhama is an Irish NGO and registered charity that offers nationwide support to women impacted by prostitution, human trafficking for sexual exploitation and other forms of commercial sexual exploitation. Founded in 1989, our organisation has extensive expertise in providing a wide range of specialist, holistic support services. Our services are free, confidential, and delivered by a committed and experienced team. Ruhama also advocates to influence policy that supports and protects women.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providinga holistic person-centred approach to care and case management for service userswho have been impacted by prostitution and trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation, including engaging in assertive outreach in collaboration with other service providers as well as in-reach to service providers.

· Maternity leave: at full salary (less Social Welfare benefits), subject to one years’ service, for the period of the 26 weeks paid leave.

· Parent’s Leave: 9 weeks’ leave topped up to full salary, subject to one year’s service during the first 2 years of a child’s life or in the case of adoption, within 2 years of the placement of the child with the family for eligible employees.
