JOB TITLE: CONTENT & STORYTELLING PRODUCER
REPORTING TO: COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING OFFICER
ACOUNTABLE TO: CHIEF EXECUTIVE
SALARY: £32846 PRO RATA
CONTRACT: 3 DAYS PER WEEK
2.5 YEAR FIXED TERM
LOCATION: DERRY~LONDONDERRY OFFICE
This role combines creative content production with storytelling insight, supporting campaigns, programme delivery, and organisational learning. You’ll work across video, audio, photography, design and digital formats and occasionally facilitate workshops or deliver training sessions that empower others to tell their stories too.
The role requires a deep connection to Verbal’s mission fully immersing in our work, understanding the power of storytelling in emotional wellbeing, and building trust with the communities we engage so that content is rooted in authenticity, dignity and shared purpose.
