💼 Role Overview

As Shop Manager, you’ll be the heart of our shop’s operations — creating a welcoming space for customers, motivating a dedicated volunteer team, and ensuring our shop thrives both financially and socially. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves variety, community engagement, and retail with purpose.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily running of the shop to the highest standards
Lead, support, and inspire volunteers
Maximise sales through excellent customer service and strong merchandising
Oversee stock management, pricing, and rotation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and financial procedures
Promote the charity’s mission within the local community

🔍 About You

Previous retail or customer-facing experience (management or supervisory experience a bonus!)
Friendly, energetic, and able to build strong relationships
Organised, reliable, and comfortable working on your own initiative
Passionate about sustainability and supporting a great cause
Strong communication and leadership skills

📍 Location: Dundrum, Dublin 14

📅 Hours: Full-time (weekend availability required)

Salary: €26,000-€30,000
