Reporting to: Head of Fundraising and Communications

The Fundraising and Donor Engagement Administrator will support fundraising efforts and fosters strong relationships by providing donor care to Threshold's loyal supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
Donor Care:
- Donor Acknowledgement, Support & Retention: Serve as the first point of contact for supporters, handling inquiries, providing timely acknowledgments, welcoming and thanking donors, while also developing and implementing strategies to enhance donor loyalty and retention.
- Donation Processing & Database Management: Ensure proper coding, allocation, and acknowledgment of donations while maintaining accurate donor records and ensuring compliance with regulations, including monthly reconciliations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Create reports on fundraising activities and analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics and Canva.
Fundraising Campaign and Event Support:
- Campaign & Event Support: Assist with research, material development, online platform management, event logistics, registration, and post-event tasks.
- Digital Engagement: Support social media content creation, analyse performance, and manage digital fundraising through platforms like Meta ads and PayPal Giving Fund.
- Marketing Materials & Communications: Manage promotional materials, assist with email communications, newsletters, and website management to enhance donor engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field is desirable.
- Excellent communicator with a warm, friendly, and empathetic manner.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 360, Mailchimp and fundraising software (preferably Salesforce) is desirable.
Post Conditions:
- Full-time permanent position, subject to a 6-month probationary period.
- Flexible working arrangements, with some remote work permitted.
