Inishturk Development Company (formerly Inishturk Community Club CLG) is seeking an ambitious, highly motivated and resourceful Development Manager to join our team at a pivotal moment in the island’s development. Working alongside our active voluntary Board, management team and external partners, the Development Manager will lead strategic development projects, progress major initiatives in housing and infrastructure, manage funding relationships and help shape new opportunities for the island. This is a role where your work will be visible, your contribution will matter and the projects you deliver will have a real impact on the community around you.

Permanent | Full time | 35 hours per week | €50,000 to €60,000
Permanent, subject to continued funding.
We are looking for someone who is strategic, practical, collaborative, resourceful and highly motivated, with the initiative and judgement to build relationships, take ownership and turn opportunities into action. Experience in development, project delivery, funding, senior management or a related field is desirable.
