Depaul is a values-led organisation supporting people who are the most marginalised individuals, couples and families experiencing homelessness, working with a number of services throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The Depaul Housing Association (DHA) was established in 2019 as the Approved Housing Body subsidiary of Depaul Ireland.

The Housing Development Officer will work closely with the Senior Housing & Development Lead on the acquisition, conversion and refurbishment of properties around Ireland. This involves looking at new opportunities, securing funding from local authorities and engaging with developers and consultants on-site.
This is a hybrid role where the team are in the Dublin office one day per week and work remotely for the remainder of the 35 hour working week.

We invite applications from candidates who have two years of experience in a development role within the social and voluntary housing sector (or similar environment) or candidates who have a relevant third level qualification in construction, project management on construction projects, QS, design, housing or equivalent and some work experience. All candidates must be aligned with the vision, mission and values of Depaul.
